Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Quality Governance Lead in the Insurance Sector in a hybrid work environment in Waterloo, Ontario. This role is available at multiple office locations across the GTA and West. Responsibilities: • Driving and enforcing better data quality and governance discipline by consolidating information across multiple sources (e.g. JIRA, Deloitte, Accenture, meeting outcomes, etc), enforcing reporting standards and processes, maintaining current and accurate data sets, and helping to expose data that highlights trends, inconsistencies, gaps, and emerging risks that require leadership attention • Improving executive and program reporting by reviewing and validating vendor status reporting, quality metrics, risks, assumptions, ensuring decision-making is based on accurate, complete, and evidence-based information • Performing detailed reviews of reconciliation trackers and associated quality control artifacts to ensure compliance with established processes, data quality standards, and control requirements. Identify gaps, missing information, process deviations, incomplete reconciliations, and other issues and drive timely remediation and closure • Driving follow-up of vendor commitments, action items, risk mitigation activities, and agreed deliverables, escalating issues where commitments are not met or risks remain unresolved • Driving follow-up of vendor commitments, action items, risk mitigation activities, and agreed deliverables, escalating issues where commitments are not met or risks remain unresolved The successful candidate brings: • Improved accuracy, consistency, and quality of vendor reporting – to enable DFY leadership to have better insights to trends, make more informed decisions and have stronger ability to articulate both status and risks to leadership • Increased vendor ownership and accountability for commitments and delivery outcomes • Earlier identification, articulation, and escalation of delivery and quality risks • Improved understanding of release-level impacts arising from testing, scope, schedule, or delivery changes Soft skills: Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work with senior stakeholders. Total rewards: $75.00 - $85.00 hourly Contract Opportunity with extension opportunity into 2027 This posting is for an active opening.
