Description

As part of the Communications team, you will support a variety of communications, employee engagement, and event initiatives that help connect employees across the organization.

 

Main mandate:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver employee engagement initiatives and corporate events of varying scale, including large, complex events involving multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate event logistics, timelines, suppliers, registrations, budgets, and on-site support to ensure a seamless employee experience


Additional tasks:

  • Support Communications Advisors in the implementation of company-wide communication channels and vehicles, online and offline
  • Draft and coordinate content for a variety of communications channels and tools
  • Complete other tasks, as required

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years experience in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, event planning or related discipline
  • Experience in communications planning and project management
  • Experience supporting corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, or large-scale projects
  • Bilingual in French and in English with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders. suppliers and projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, creativity, and problem-solving skills
