Job Posting: Identification Technician, Moncton, NB

Commissionaires NB&PEI Division is looking to hire a mature and responsible team member in Moncton, NB to work in our Regional Office as an Identification Technician.

Requirements- The ability to communicate in both official languages (French/English) is essential

Hours- Full-time, 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday

Rate of Pay- $20.00 per hour

The Role- The Identification Technician will be responsible to organize and coordinate bookings for Identification Services and perform CPIC, digital fingerprinting and other related identification services/ tasks in our Moncton, NB Regional Office.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Point person for all identification services
  • Organize and schedule appointments Support clients with identification questions and needs
  • Perform criminal record checks, digital fingerprint and, as required, ink and roll fingerprints
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
  • Reconcile daily sales and complete related reports
  • Perform review and analysis of ident/report as required
  • Coordinate with Head Office for all ident equipment


Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both official languages is essential
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Must be able to obtain Government of Canada Level II Security Clearance
