• Collaborate with leaders across Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Risk, Finance, Legal, Communications and Government Relations.
• Support enterprise decision-making, client engagement and external thought leadership through strategic and practical deliverables.
• Work within a collaborative team environment focused on practical climate and energy transition solutions, continuous learning and impact.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have the following:

• 7+ years of experience in climate strategy, sustainability, public policy, consulting, financial services or a related field.
• Strong understanding of climate-related financial risks and opportunities, climate-related finance, disclosure frameworks and financial sector regulation.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into executive-ready recommendations and practical business solutions.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent strategic initiatives and competing priorities.
• Excellent writing, analytical, presentation and communication skills, including experience preparing Board and executive-level materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across business lines and corporate functions.
• Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree and experience supporting senior executives or Board reporting are considered assets.
