  • Compile, validate, and submit client and counterparty elections within prescribed deadlines.
  • Monitor event lifecycles and ensure all instructions are processed accurately and on time.
  • Calculate, process, and verify corporate action payments, including applicable tax treatments and adjustments.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, payment discrepancies, and operational exceptions.
  • Liaise with counterparties, custodians, depositories, and internal business partners regarding elections, entitlements, deadlines, and payment activity.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with trading desks, operations teams, and support areas to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Support process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, controls, and service delivery.
  • Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements, risk controls, and internal operating procedures.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Extensive experience processing voluntary corporate action events within Asset Servicing, Custody Operations, or Securities Operations.
