What's in it for you: $23.00 - $25.00 hourly Comprehensive benefits package available after 3 months Two weeks of paid vacation to relax and recharge Consistent schedule: 35-45 hours per week, fully on-site, Monday to Friday Can commit to working every fourth Saturday Must be able to lift up to 50lb A typical day: Answer incoming calls promptly, handle customer inquries and set appointments Support with paperwork, scheduling, and service calls Support customers with their needs when they come into the office Maintain lead and scheduling data in CRM systems Monitor office supplies, petty cash, and assist Manager as needed Manage warehouse inventory, including ordering, shipping, and receiving, ensuring all products match purchase orders. Prepare and stage materials for weekly installation jobs by organizing and assembling required inventory. Must be able to lift up to 50lb The successful candidate brings: 1–2 years of administrative experience, including regular face to face interaction with customers Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) Tech-savvy with CRM experience (would be an asset) Exceptionally organized, self-driven, and adept at multitasking Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional attitude This posting is for an active opening.
