Our client is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join the finance team of a well-established organization, where your expertise will play an important role in strengthening financial accuracy and supporting key reporting activities.

Your Responsibilities

• You'll complete and reconcile multiple bank accounts, including outstanding and historical reconciliations.
• You'll investigate discrepancies related to bank transactions, customer payments, and journal entries, identifying practical solutions.
• You'll review, correct, and accurately record accounting adjustments to maintain the integrity of financial records.
• You'll support month-end and year-end close activities by resolving reconciliation issues and ensuring reporting readiness.
• You'll partner closely with the Controller to prioritize outstanding accounting matters and drive timely resolution.

 

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience performing bank reconciliations and general accounting functions.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
