About the Opportunity

In this role, you'll work closely with technical and business stakeholders to transform, validate, and migrate data into a Salesforce CRM environment. Strong SQL/T-SQL ETL developer + enterprise data migration experience + enough Salesforce knowledge to migrate and validate data correctly inside Salesforce.

Your Responsibilities

• You'll develop and maintain complex ETL scripts using SQL Stored Procedures to support large-scale data migration activities.
• You'll design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL and T-SQL queries to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.
• You'll map, transform, and validate data to meet business and technical requirements before migration.
• You'll migrate data into Salesforce while ensuring data integrity and alignment with the Salesforce CRM data model.
• You'll leverage SOQL to validate and retrieve Salesforce data throughout the migration lifecycle.
• You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data issues and deliver successful project outcomes

Skills and Qualifications

• Recent, hands-on experience developing complex ETL scripts using SQL Stored Procedures.
• Strong expertise in SQL, T-SQL, and Stored Procedure development.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise data migration projects, preferably with Salesforce as the target platform.
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce CRM data model and experience using SOQL.
• Demonstrated experience with data mapping, transformation, and data validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Candidates with recent, hands-on experience in these technologies are strongly preferred
