Join a purpose-driven non-profit organization as a Salesforce Developer, where youll play a key role in evolving the technology that supports teams and their day-to-day work. As part of the CRM Product team, youll design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that improve user experience and help drive meaningful organizational change.

Your Responsibilities
Youll design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications, custom components, and integrations.
Youll translate complex business requirements into user-focused solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.
Youll take ownership of key technical components and lead initiatives within your area of expertise.
Youll collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure solutions align with strategic goals.
Youll apply modern development practices, including iterative delivery, code reviews, version control, and CI/CD.
Youll explore opportunities to leverage AI and data technologies to improve business outcomes.
Youll contribute to knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous improvement across the development team.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven hands-on Salesforce development experience, ideally including the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), with a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required, with Platform Developer II considered a strong asset.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.
Solid object-oriented programming knowledge, including working knowledge of Java, HTML, and CSS.
Experience developing APIs and integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
Familiarity with Git and DevOps or CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an interest in AI, data integration, and emerging technologies.
