About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a brand-new Process Administrator role with a regulatory organization serving the healthcare sector. Working across registration, customer service and information verification functions, youll help strengthen the accuracy, quality and consistency of critical operational data and processes.
Because this is a newly created position, youll have an opportunity to help shape how the role evolves. Youll collaborate closely with customer service representatives, Team Leads and technical partners, bringing a detail-oriented lens to quality assurance while identifying practical ways to improve processes and service delivery.

The position offers $45.54 per hour for a 35-hour work week, with a primarily remote working model and approximately one day per month in the Toronto office.
Your Responsibilities
Youll review CRM and database records for accuracy, completeness and quality, correcting entries and identifying duplicate or missing information.
Youll perform quality assurance reviews of customer service calls, emails, applications and documentation, providing clear feedback on trends and improvement opportunities.
Youll monitor operational reports and key performance indicators to identify service challenges, data issues and potential learning needs.
Youll collaborate with Team Leads and cross-functional partners to strengthen processes, improve data quality and support staff training.
Youll review business processes for accuracy and adherence, speaking up when you identify gaps or opportunities for improvement.
Youll support system and process changes by sharing operational insights with technical and IT partners.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar operations, customer service, quality assurance, registration or administrative role.
Post-secondary degree, with strong critical thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience in a call centre or CSR environment, or comparable experience reviewing applications, memberships, customer records or service interactions.
Strong CRM and database experience, including confidence navigating multiple systems and reviewing data for accuracy.
Demonstrated quality control experience and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to raise concerns and provide constructive feedback.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus Adobe Pro and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams and Zoom. Regulatory, healthcare or public service experience is considered an asset.
