About the Opportunity
An established organization is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support the broader adoption of Birdview, a professional services automation platform used for project, resource, and financial planning. Reporting to the Manager, Project Management Office, you’ll help teams embrace new ways of working and understand the value behind the transition.

This role goes beyond implementing a tool. You’ll help drive meaningful behaviour change around time capture, project costing, workload visibility, resource capacity, and production efficiency. Working closely with leaders, people managers, and cross-functional teams, you’ll build understanding, strengthen buy-in, and help make the change sustainable.

What’s In It for You
You’ll take ownership of a high-impact change initiative with visibility across multiple teams and leaders. This is an opportunity to shape an organization-wide adoption strategy, influence how teams work together, and apply your change management expertise to measurable business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
  • You’ll develop and lead a structured change management strategy that drives adoption and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Assess change impacts and readiness, identify key stakeholders, and anticipate areas of resistance.
  • Create and execute Sponsor, People Manager, Communications, Training, and Resistance Management Plans.
  • Design and deliver clear communications that connect new behaviours to meaningful business outcomes.
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs, documenting requirements and identifying learning needs.
  • Engage leaders and coordinate with cross-functional teams to build alignment and reinforce change.
  • Track adoption, risks, issues, success metrics, and overall change progress.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated change management experience supporting technology, process, or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of structured change management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Experience developing change impact assessments, readiness assessments, stakeholder strategies, and resistance mitigation plans.
  • Proven ability to develop communications, training, sponsor, and people manager plans.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with confidence working across teams and with organizational leaders.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex change into clear, practical messaging.
  • Experience with Birdview, professional services automation, project management, or resource planning platforms is considered an asset.
