The Senior AI Product Owner plays a key role in advancing Global Wealth Management’s AI strategy by driving the development, delivery, and adoption of innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance advisor and client experiences. This role is responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value. The Senior AI Product Owner ensures that AI products are developed and managed in alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards, while contributing to the successful execution of the organization’s global AI vision and wealth management transformation goals.


Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Champion a customer-focused culture by prioritizing AI capabilities that enhance advisor productivity and client experience 
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business partner goals and AI operating model 
  • Create and maintain a roadmap outlining the evolution of AI capabilities and reusable outputs 
  • Lead backlog prioritization and work with Business Analysts to ensure user stories are ready for development 
  • Develop business cases and partner with stakeholders to support funding, prioritization, and delivery planning 
  • Ensure all necessary risk, privacy, compliance, and AML/ATF approvals are completed for AI features 
  • Translate AI capabilities, constraints, and risks into practical product decisions and measurable outcomes 
  • Partner with architecture, engineering, and enterprise AI teams to align delivery to platform and governance standards 
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and provide product context to enable effective delivery

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital product management / product ownership, preferably within wealth management, financial services, or fintech
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling AI-enabled products, enterprise automation products, decision-support products, or model-driven experiences in production environments
  • Strong knowledge of wealth-management concepts, client / advisor needs, and domain workflows relevant to the role
  • Demonstrated expertise developing and launching digital or AI-enabled solutions in cross-functional environments
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and stakeholder-management capability, including the ability to explain AI opportunities and limitations clearly to non-technical audiences
