The Senior Product Manager, Data, Analytics & CRM owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforcebased CRM and data products that enable Commercial Banking sales teams to plan, manage, and grow client relationships. The role focuses on turning CRM and data platforms into highadoption, insightdriven products that measurably improve sales effectiveness, client primacy, and decisionmaking. 

This role operates at the intersection of sales strategy, data & analytics, and technology, translating executive priorities into a clear product vision and an actionable, outcomesdriven roadmap. 

 

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

 

  • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for Commercial Banking CRM and data products, from discovery and business case through delivery, adoption, and optimization.
  • Define and maintain a multi‑quarter roadmap aligned to sales enablement, client planning, and executive mandates.
  • Balance near‑term delivery with longer‑term platform and data strategy investments.
  • Lead the evolution of Salesforce CRM as the primary platform for: Relationship Manager workflows, Client planning and opportunity management, Pipeline visibility and sales insights
  • Ensure CRM capabilities move beyond basic tracking to embedded, data-driven decision support.
  • Partner closely with technology teams to shape scalable, reusable Salesforce solutions. 
  • Own data and analytics products that surface trusted, governed insights within CRM and reporting tools.
  • Partner with enterprise data teams to define: Data requirements and definitions , Reporting and dashboard strategy , Integration of analytics into front-line workflows
  • Drive adoption of analytics by anchoring insights directly to sales and client outcomes.
  • Lead continuous discovery with sales, leadership, and operations stakeholders to identify high‑value problems.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, making clear trade‑offs based on value, risk, and effort.
  • Act as a scrum‑level product leader, providing clarity to delivery teams and removing ambiguity.
  • Serve as the primary product voice for CRM and data initiatives with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Translate complex product and data concepts into clear, decision‑ready narratives.
  • Influence without authority across sales, data, technology, and governance teams. 
  • Drive CRM and analytics adoption through: Clear value articulation, Enablement and training strategies, Iterative improvements based on usage and feedback
  • Define and track success metrics tied to: Adoption and usage Sales productivity Client planning quality and pipeline health 
  • Ensure CRM and data products meet enterprise standards for: Data quality and lineage, Privacy, security, and regulatory compliance , Audit and control readiness

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

 

  • Minimum 5 years experience in building customer facing digital products
  • Senior‑level product management experience in CRM, data, or analytics platforms, ideally within financial services. 
  • Deep hands‑on experience with Salesforce in complex, enterprise environments. 
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, client lifecycle management, and data‑driven decisioning. 
  • Proven ability to shape ambiguous problem spaces into clear product strategies and executable roadmaps. 
  • Comfortable operating between strategy and delivery, with strong judgment and prioritization skills. 
  • Managed a technology product or a digital journey end to end, from inception to delivery
  • Strong Understanding of the Commercial Banking business lines including policies and processes, servicing models and products
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, instill confidence and influence stakeholders
  • Experience with financial products and services in direct investing and/or wealth management
  • Master of identifying and solving ambiguous problems to drive customer and business value
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Curious and experimental mindset to drive innovation
  • Engineering, Computer Science or Business degrees considered an asset
