Reporting to the Manager, Student Services and functionally reporting to the Manager, Libraries and Learning Commons, you will:
As part of the Testing Centre staff, you will be responsible for the administration of the Testing Centre including the invigilation of internal and external testing, consulting with faculty on testing requirements, and ensuring academic and testing policies and protocols are followed.
Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
Experience working in a test environment is considered an asset.
Experience working with students with disabilities is considered an asset.
You have strong demonstrated computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, e-mail, and Assistive Technology, such as text-to-speech software.
You will be required and supported to acquire and maintain Test Administrator certifications as required by testing partners.
Relevant Skills and Knowledge:
Candidates selected for interviews will be expected to provide at least three recent, occupational references. The successful candidate will be expected to provide official transcripts to show proof of academic achievements.
