Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Coordinator in the construction industry in North Bay, Ontario. The Project Coordinator will support construction work on pipeline projects. This role is a contract opportunity anticipated to be about 2 years in length. Must be local to North Bay, no FIFO / per diem offered. Total rewards: $38.00 - $43.00 hourly Preferred rates for benefit coverage available Long-term contract opportunity A typical day: Efficient project execution by ensuring projects are set up correctly, costs are controlled, and reporting is accurate and delivered on time. Work with field teams, supply chain, and business partners, the Project Coordinator supports strong cost control, procurement tracking, reporting systems, and project coordination activities, including project setup and closeout. Enabling project execution by providing financial coordination, purchase order (PO) management, reporting, and project coordination support across the project lifecycle. PO management, vendor coordination, cost tracking, and monthly reporting Support effective coordination across Construction Managers, Project Managers, and internal stakeholders. Successful candidates will have: 3-7 years exp in Project Coordination Construction project experience Pipeline, Oil & gas experience is considered an asset Strong communication skills – verbal and written communication skills Experienced in PO management, vendor coordination, cost tracking, and monthly reporting Ability to review the work product of junior project coordinator staff This posting is for an active opening.
