Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Manager (Power Systems) in the Power Systems Industry in New Westminster, British Columbia. Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead power systems Field Services projects, strengthen client relationships, and oversee technical teams. This role ensures safe, profitable, and high-quality project execution while driving repeat business and exceptional client experiences. Total rewards: $130000.00 - $160000.00 annually Overtime eligible. Discretionary bonus program (approximately 3%–7%) 3% RRSP matching 10% company-funded equity plan 3–4 weeks of paid vacation Hybrid work model (office-based with travel) Reduced travel compared to traditional field roles Long-term career growth within a power systems organization A typical day: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and new business Lead and oversee all Field Services projects within the assigned region Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence Plan and coordinate resources across local and remote teams Ensure safe work practices and foster a strong safety culture on all jobs Prepare project status reports, forecasts, and client-facing documentation Maintain CRM activities including opportunities, pipeline, and forecasting Ensure accurate project invoicing and overall client satisfaction Successful candidates will have: Electrical Engineering diploma/degree or PSE certification NETA certification preferred 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Technologist, Field Technician, or Power Systems Electrician Strong background in testing, commissioning, maintenance, or troubleshooting of power equipment Hands-on experience with breakers, switchgear, relays, transformers, and protection system Understanding of power systems testing equipment and methodologies Proven project coordination or leadership experience preferred Ability to travel approximately 40% (overnight) with valid driver’s license This posting is for an active opening.
