Summary

We are looking for an AI Consultant to support business transformation through the practical application of Artificial Intelligence by bridging business needs with AI-enabled solutions. Acting as an AI-focused Business Intelligence professional, the successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities, accelerate solution discovery and delivery, and contribute to the development of innovative business solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency. This role is focused on enabling business transformation and accelerating the delivery of business value through the effective use of AI technologies, helping organizations make smarter decisions and achieve meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support identification of AI and automation opportunities.
  • Participate in AI-assisted discovery workshops and requirements gathering.
  • Document business requirements, process flows and user stories.
  • Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities through AI.
  • Assist in translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.
  • Contribute to prototypes, proofs of concept and minimum viable solutions.
  • Develop and refine prompts for Claude, Gemini, Copilot and similar platforms.
  • Create reusable prompt libraries and AI knowledge assets.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Developers and Data Engineers
  • Support AI adoption and change management activities

Critical Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, Analytics or related disciplines.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Relevant AI, Analytics, Agile or Business Analysis certifications are assets.
  • Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes.
  • Experience using Generative AI tools.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts.
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power Platform, APIs and AI Services.

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
