Position Overview

Calian is seeking four (4) experienced Senior Military Occupational Instructors to deliver instructional support for Supply Technician training across QL3, QL5, and QL6A levels. This role supports the delivery of high-quality training within the Material Management stream, contributing to the development of Canadian Armed Forces personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and support instruction for QL3, QL5, and QL6A Material Management courses
  • Develop, administer, and mark student assessments in accordance with training plans and timelines
  • Provide weekly student guidance, feedback, and academic support (including virtual sessions and office hours)
  • Collaborate with Course Directors and staff while enhancing curriculum with subject-matter expertise
  • Utilize DRMIS and DND systems to demonstrate material management processes and conduct instruction

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Supply Technician Instructor or similar at the QL3, QL5, and QL6A levels
  • Strong understanding of Material Management training frameworks
  • Ability to deliver both asynchronous and synchronous instruction
  • Valid Government of Canada Reliability Clearance

Compensation

$39-$45p/h
