Working closely with HR, Payroll, (WFM) Scheduling, and IT teams, you will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution. Your Responsibilities
• You'll partner with HR, Payroll, Scheduling, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Net Fusion solutions.
• You'll configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle Net Fusion Payroll and Workforce Management, including complex scheduling, shift differentials, and Time & Labor rules.
• You'll develop and support technical configurations, integrations, coding, data extracts, reports, and analytics while maintaining system integrity.
• You'll administer Oracle Net Fusion Security, including role-based access controls and user access management.
• You'll investigate and resolve complex technical and functional issues while supporting day-to-day operational activities.
• You'll contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives by recommending sustainable solutions, documenting best practices, and supporting knowledge sharing across teams.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive experience supporting Oracle Net Fusion applications within complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated expertise with Oracle Net Fusion Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduling, including Time & Labor and payroll integrations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workforce scheduling, shift differentials, time tracking, and payroll processing.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Net Fusion Security, system configuration, integrations, report development, analytics, data extracts, and technical development.
• Experience supporting Oracle Net Fusion HCM, Financials, or EPM modules is considered a strong asset.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams while delivering practical, high-quality solutions in fast-paced transformation environments.
