Your Responsibilities
You'll design and implement enterprise-grade Ansible automation across Windows and Linux server environments.
Develop reusable playbooks, roles, inventories, and automation frameworks that support consistent, scalable operations.
Automate provisioning, configuration management, patching, compliance validation, and operational workflows to reduce manual administration.
Integrate monitoring and ITSM platforms to deliver event-driven automation and intelligent remediation.
Provide senior administration for Windows Server and enterprise Linux environments, ensuring secure, stable, and highly available infrastructure.
Mentor infrastructure teams, promote automation-first practices, and contribute to enterprise standards and governance.
Skills and Qualifications
7+ years of progressive enterprise IT infrastructure or systems administration experience.
7+ years of hands-on Ansible automation experience in production environments.
7+ years of experience administering Windows Server 2012, 2019, and 2022.
7+ years of PowerShell scripting for Windows automation and Bash or shell scripting for Linux automation.
7+ years supporting enterprise Linux distributions, including RHEL, Ubuntu, or equivalent.
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, WinRM, Git, YAML, SCCM APIs, WSUS, ADR, enterprise monitoring platforms, and structured ITIL environments.
Experience with Ansible Automation Platform, AWX or Ansible Tower, Azure, VMware or Hyper-V, and security compliance automation is considered an asset.
