    • $1,500 after successfully completing 90 days
    • $2,000 after 6 months of service

Position Summary

 

As a Maintenance Technician at our Feversham facility, you'll play a key role in keeping our high-speed production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. You'll perform both electrical and mechanical repairs, complete preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

 

This role is ideal for a motivated licensed electrician who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and continuously developing new skills.

 

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Install, align, repair, and modify production equipment and supporting systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Support equipment upgrades, reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Fabricate, adjust, repair, or replace machine components as required.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.
  • Follow all health, safety, food safety, and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Collaborate with production and fellow maintenance team members to support safe, efficient operations.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Electrician (309A or 442A).
  • Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or industrial environment preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical systems, PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, and controls.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to develop broader maintenance skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and drawings.
  • Experience using preventative maintenance programs and CMMS systems is considered an asset.
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

 

Shift

Our preferred schedule for this role is a 12-hour rotating continental shift. However, for the right candidate, there is potential to begin on, or transition into, a straight day shift, depending on operational requirements and business needs.
