In this role, you'll join a collaborative infrastructure team responsible for maintaining and modernizing hybrid IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. Your Responsibilities

• You'll design, administer, and optimize hybrid infrastructure across Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.

• You'll manage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, and enterprise identity and access management solutions.

• You'll oversee virtualization, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives to ensure resilient infrastructure.

• You'll provide Tier 3 technical support, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and collaborate with internal teams and service providers.

• You'll implement security best practices through patch management, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, automation, and performance optimization.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Systems Administration or Infrastructure Operations experience within enterprise environments.

• Advanced experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft Hyper-V.

• Strong knowledge of Exchange, SQL Server, PowerShell, networking fundamentals, virtualization, storage, and enterprise backup platforms including Veeam, Cohesity, or Acronis.

• Experience administering Microsoft Intune, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and identity security technologies including MFA, Conditional Access, and PIM.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.

• Experience supporting Linux environments, OT infrastructure, or Palo Alto, Cisco, or HPE Aruba technologies is considered an asset.
