Job Title: Project Coordinator (3-Month Contract)

Work Schedule: Onsite 4 days/week, 1 day remote
Contract Duration: 3 months

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support their team during a critical three-month period. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by providing administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers with the coordination, planning, and execution of projects
Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned
Prepare project documentation, meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports
Track project progress and update relevant stakeholders regularly
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, team activities, and logistics
Support with procurement processes and vendor coordination as needed
Maintain project documentation and ensure version control
Identify and escalate issues or delays to the appropriate parties
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar) is an asset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
