Total rewards: $70000.00 - $80000.00 annually Permanent role Learning opportunities and Professional growth Large portfolio of projects Responsibilities: Support the Site Superintendent in managing day-to-day site operations on high-rise residential projects Coordinate and monitor work across multiple trades (concrete, formwork, MEP, drywall, finishing, envelope) to ensure alignment with schedule and drawings Assist in developing and maintaining look-ahead and master construction schedules; track progress and identify potential delays Perform site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets specifications, codes, and company standards Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and site access, including scheduling concrete pours, rebar, and major installations Maintain daily site documentation, including reports, logs, inspection records, and deficiency tracking Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and municipal inspectors, including scheduling inspections and ensuring compliance Support health & safety programs, conduct site walkthroughs, and ensure all workers adhere to safety standards Successful candidates will have: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 2–5+ years of site-based experience in high-rise residential construction Strong understanding of construction sequencing and building systems (structural, MEP, envelope, finishes) Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades on active job sites Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Exposure to full project lifecycle (structure to occupancy) -Preferred Proficiency in MS Office and construction software (e.g., Procore, Aconex) This posting is for an active opening.
