About the Opportunity
Are you a construction Project Manager with an interest in technology and smart buildings? This is an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale, complex projects that bring together construction expertise and innovative building technologies. Joining a growing technology division, you'll play a key role in delivering integrated systems that support safer, smarter, and more connected buildings.
Working alongside clients, consultants, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors, you'll oversee projects from award through completion while helping to shape technology solutions across commercial construction environments. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects within a well-established organization known for delivering integrated building solutions.

Your Responsibilities
You'll lead technology and integrated building systems projects from award through commissioning and closeout
You'll manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, change orders, project documentation, and project financial performance
You'll collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery
You'll identify and proactively manage project risks while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards
You'll review designs, provide constructability recommendations, and support estimating, proposals, RFQs, and tender submissions
You'll communicate project milestones, technical requirements, and emerging issues while ensuring compliance with client and internal safety standards
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of progressive project management experience within construction, building systems, electrical, automation, technology integration, or a related industry
Experience delivering projects involving structured cabling, building automation systems (BAS), lighting controls, security systems, IoT, networking, or other integrated building technologies is highly preferred
Strong understanding of construction project delivery, field operations, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and change management
Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and cross-functional project teams
Related post-secondary education, Engineering or another technical discipline is considered an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. Experience with Accubid and PMP certification, or progress toward certification, are considered assets
Senior Project Coordinators with demonstrated experience managing projects independently are encouraged to apply
