About the Opportunity
We are seeking dependable and compassionate Site Support Associates to assist residents during a temporary building project at a residential community in Milton. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and can provide friendly, respectful service in a calm and professional manner.
Working alongside a small on-site team, you will help ensure residents continue to receive essential daily support while construction activities are taking place. Most residents are older adults, making patience, empathy, and strong customer service skills essential to success in this role.

Your Responsibilities
You'll assist residents by delivering groceries, food, laundry, and other essential items directly to their apartment doors.
You'll remain stationed in the lobby area, responding to resident requests and coordinating deliveries using a provided mobile phone.
You'll communicate with residents in a courteous and respectful manner, even during challenging interactions.
You'll follow established safety procedures, including remaining outside residents' units during deliveries.
You'll support shift coverage as required, including weekends and statutory holidays.
Skills and Qualifications
Previous customer service, hospitality, community support, or similar experience is considered an asset.
Calm, patient, and professional approach when interacting with residents.
Comfortable walking throughout a four-storey residential building and using the elevator frequently.
Reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including weekends and holiday coverage if required.
Safety shoes are required. Casual attire is acceptable.
Valid criminal background check, WSIB clearance certificate, and Certificate of Insurance (COI) are required.
