Your Responsibilities
You'll provide executive support by coordinating calendars, meetings, and scheduling for senior leaders.
You'll manage finance-related administrative activities, including processing and tracking expenses using SAP Concur.
You'll build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
You'll anticipate needs, prioritize competing requests, and adapt quickly as business priorities evolve.
You'll support day-to-day operational activities, helping improve processes and keeping key initiatives on track.
Skills and Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in executive administration, operations support, finance administration, or a related role.
Hands-on experience using SAP Concur for expense management is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Experience supporting executives or senior leaders, even if not in a formal Executive Assistant position.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage changing priorities with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within a non-profit organization and bilingualism in English and French are considered assets.
