IT Manager – Lead Infrastructure, Security & IT Operations | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an IT Manager in the energy industry in a hybrid work environment in Kincardine, Ontario. We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead IT operations, infrastructure, and security while aligning technology initiatives with business goals. This role combines technical leadership with people management, overseeing a team of IT professionals while maintaining enterprise systems, cloud services, networks, and security programs. Ideal candidates will bring a strong Microsoft infrastructure background, proven leadership experience, and a passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
