We're looking for a Client Delivery Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, delivering outstanding service, and creating positive experiences for clients, candidates, and contractors. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner, leveraging your staffing expertise, business acumen, and problem-solving skills to drive successful workforce solutions and strengthen long-term client partnerships.

How you will make an impact:
Build and strengthen key client relationships by developing a deep understanding of their business, challenges, and workforce needs while positioning yourself as a trusted advisor across Oil & Gas, Engineering, and Technical sectors
Deliver exceptional workforce solutions that help clients achieve their hiring goals while enhancing client satisfaction and retention
Act as a key escalation point for clients, candidates, and contractors, proactively resolving complex issues and ensuring timely, effective outcomes
Partner closely with recruiting, assignment management, payroll, and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a consistent client experience
Drive business growth and profitability through strategic planning, financial management, and the achievement of revenue and operational targets
Champion operational excellence by leveraging technology, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with quality, health and safety, and legislative requirements
The successful candidate brings:
3+ years of progressive experience in account management, workforce solutions, staffing, recruitment, or client delivery leadership
Demonstrated success growing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving financial targets
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive results
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities that foster trust with clients, candidates, and colleagues
Knowledge of employment legislation, human rights regulations, and staffing industry best practices, combined with a commitment to integrity and service excellence
