Description

Join a manufacturing team undergoing transformation where your impact will be direct and visible. You will lead an operational team focused on optimizing and modernizing processes to improve efficiency and agility.

Your mission is to ensure smooth daily operations while enhancing performance to support business growth and improve customer experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the production team
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Ensure product quality and operational efficiency
  • Monitor project progress and delivery timelines
  • Plan and coordinate workforce and resources
  • Manage employees in accordance with HR policies and agreements
  • Lead change management initiatives
  • Establish and enforce operational standards and procedures
  • Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Five years of experience in management or manufacturing environments
  • Experience in continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of Lean principles
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in complex or transformation environments
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices in production

  • Ability to lead teams through change

  • Results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in unionized environments
  • Bilingual French-English
