The Director & Global Head of HR Analytics and Data Office leads and oversees a team comprised of the global data office; analytics and insights; advanced analytics capabilities; reporting and visualization; and AI. This role is the primary contact for all matters related to Global Human Resources data and is the champion for advancing analytics capabilities, technologies, human capital insights and a culture of data literacy.
As the Global Human Resources Data leader, this position oversees the data office and manages the design, development and implementation of data strategies; data standards; data products; data procedures; data governance; and data security all in alignment with the Bank’s data governance framework. This role is also accountable for developing and driving our advanced people analytics capabilities and to create data and analytics assets while advancing our behavioral science reach.
A key aspect of this role is to provide the experience and thought leadership to evolve our data strategy roadmap to achieve a consolidated and consistent global view of data across multiple systems and geographies. They will provide oversight and support for applied employee research, data mining, advanced analytics, and the development of predictive models to further our understanding of the workforce and improve employee experience.
This position is responsible for the production of all monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc human capital reporting requests and ensures the accuracy, comprehensiveness and timeliness of the data provided. Driving continuous improvement of self-serve and visualization capabilities is paramount in order to optimize user experience and adoption. They will also provide subject matter expertise and point of view on how to advance our technology capabilities such as AI, machine learning, large language models, and cloud-based tools.
