Purpose
CID&A is at the forefront of leveraging AI, data, and analytics to drive informed decision‑making and innovation across the Bank. The Manager, Change Management plays a critical role in enabling the successful execution of strategic initiatives and transformative programs across CID&A by ensuring effective change enablement, adoption, and sustained outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Change Management, this role partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to design and deliver integrated change management strategies that support new ways of working and deliver measurable business impact.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
• Support the end-to-end delivery of change management activities for key CID&A strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to the execution of complex, cross functional programs and projects, collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders across CID&A and the Business Lines.
• Design and implement change management strategies and plans aligned to CID&A priorities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption tactics.
• Partner with key stakeholders to develop integrated change plans, including work back schedules, milestones, success metrics, and key change tactics.
• Lead end-to-end change management for small to medium scale CID&A initiatives, or own specific change workstreams within larger, enterprise level initiatives.
• Plan and execute change enablement tactics to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working, including:
o Communications and storytelling
o Impact and readiness assessments
o Training and enablement approaches
o Stakeholder engagement and feedback loops
o Definition and tracking of success criteria
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with CID&A teams and Business Line partners to support consistent and effective change delivery.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including facilitating problem-solving sessions, workshops, and interviews with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Contribute to the adoption and operationalization of the CID&A strategy, supporting alignment across initiatives, priorities, and stakeholder groups.
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have the following:
• 3+ years of relevant experience, primarily in change management, project delivery, communications, and training.
• Post-undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and industry trends.
• Knowledge of Prosci Change Management methodology is an asset.
• Proven experience supporting the execution of strategic initiatives and change plans that drive measurable business outcomes, preferably in a technology or data-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, both written and verbal, with the flexibility to move between strategic storytelling and tactical messaging.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills; experience with layout, design, proofreading, and executive level materials is an asset.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast paced, complex, and evolving environment, managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with experience operating in a matrixed organization.
• High level of curiosity, adaptability, and creative problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team.
Working Conditions
• Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are an occasional occurrence.
