Purpose
As Head, International Digital Wealth and Transformation, you will lead strategy, planning, governance and value realization for International Wealth Management.
In this role, as a senior IWM business leader you are accountable for strategic leadership with hands on execution of driving seamless client and advisor experiences powered by digital and AI capabilities. In this role, you will drive portfolio planning an governance while collaborating with senior executives and wealth leaders across the globe. Your creativity leadership and decisions will drive growth, deepen relationships, and create client primacy for international wealth.
The role owns the end-to-end client and advisor experience across affluent and wealth segments, ensuring solutions are commercially viable, operationally executable, and scalable across IWM’s multi‑market footprint.
The role will support IWM across 10+ markets including Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia Pacific, with business lines that span Private Banking, Onshore and Offshore Trust, Brokerage, and Asset Management.
This high-impact role requires an experienced leader with proven expertise in experience design, transformation strategy, field enablement and transformational leadership.
Key Accountabilities
1) Articulate and execute IWM client segment vision for digital capabilities (Affluent → UHNW)
2) Strategic Initiatives & Business Planning (IWM Lens)
3) Data as a Business Asset
4) Applied AI for Wealth Growth
5) Collaborate with Executives : Act as a trusted advisor to all senior market and business executives to help them drive value from digital capabilities, seamless advisor and client experiences enabled through strong data foundation and AI personalization.
Enterprise Partnerships & Influence
Build strong cross-functional relationships with Global Wealth Management, International Banking, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Compliance.
Represent IWM in enterprise working groups to advocate for integrated solutions that drive advisor and client primacy; influence beyond direct lines of control through clear communication, collaboration, and strategic positioning.
Core / Foundational
Maintain deep understanding of wealth management business models, client behavior, and advisor needs.
Continually enhance knowledge of regulatory environments, risk frameworks, product offerings, and operational workflows across IWM markets.
Ensure effective business controls and compliance with respect to operational, conduct, AML/ATF, and regulatory risk.
