The Senior Business Analyst, Global HR Product Technology Solutions is accountable for translating complex HR business needs into clear, scalable, and employee‑centric technology solutions across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Platform. This role supports the implementation, sustainment, and ongoing suitability of Core HR technology capabilities, ensuring data integrity, operational excellence, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Core HR Product Owner, this role operates with a high degree of autonomy while remaining aligned to the product vision, roadmap, and platform standards. The Senior Business Analyst partners closely with Global HR Operations, HR Centres of Excellence, and Technology teams to deliver high‑quality analysis, end‑to‑end solution design, and solution readiness across the HR technology lifecycle.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex business requirements discovery and analysis for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Platform capabilities, translating HR strategies and operational needs into clear, testable business requirements and scalable solutions
  • Support execution of the Core HR product roadmap by contributing to backlog refinement, prioritization discussions, dependency identification, and solution sequencing aligned to business value
  • Perform end‑to‑end analysis of current‑state processes and design standardized, future‑state solutions that are employee‑centric, scalable, and compliant with Global HR platform standards
  • Partner across HR, HR Operations, Technology, and external vendors to ensure shared understanding of requirements, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes throughout the solution lifecycle
  • Collaborate with technical teams to validate solution designs, ensuring alignment to platform architecture, integrations, data flows, and regulatory requirements
  • Define testing strategies and coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities for assigned initiatives, including critical scenario identification, defect triage, and validation of issue resolution
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned HR applications, providing impact assessment, solution analysis, and sustainment support for production issues and enhancements
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process simplification, automation, and digital optimization to improve employee, manager, and HR experiences
  • Embed the Bank’s risk appetite into day‑to‑day activities by ensuring appropriate business controls are in place to manage operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk, and conduct risk

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Progressive experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise‑scale technology solutions, with strong capabilities in requirements elicitation, process analysis, and solution validation
  • Hands‑on technical and operational experience with HR processes, policies, regulations, and enabling SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Platform technology
  • Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess trade‑offs and provide data‑driven recommendations to stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams and influence without authority
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and lead complex analysis initiatives independently
  • Spanish language proficiency is considered an asset
