We are seeking an IT Data & Financial Operations Analyst to support governance, financial operations, reporting, vendor management, and process improvement initiatives within a dynamic enterprise technology environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders while leveraging tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, Power Apps, and Power Automate to drive operational excellence and improve decision-making.

A typical day:
Support IT financial management activities including spend tracking, reporting, and governance reviews
Administer and maintain IT spend approval processes and governance workflows
Create, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
Perform data validation, reconciliation, cleanup, and reporting quality assurance activities
Support vendor governance processes, including spend tracking, renewals, and contract reporting
Assist with automation initiatives utilizing Power Apps and Power Automate
Maintain SharePoint repositories, governance documentation, and knowledge management systems
Partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders to support operational excellence and governance compliance
Successful candidates will have:
Experience supporting process improvement, governance, and operational reporting initiatives
Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in IT operations, governance, reporting, financial management, or business analysis
Strong Power BI dashboard development and reporting experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities
Experience managing and maintaining SharePoint environments and documentation repositories
Excellent data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management abilities
