About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Analyst, Parking Development to support the delivery of innovative parking technology initiatives across a diverse parking portfolio. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring parking systems, mobile applications, and backend platforms perform reliably and deliver a seamless experience for customers.
Working within a fast-paced transportation and infrastructure environment, you will collaborate with Operations, IT, Finance, and external partners to test new technologies, analyze performance data, and support projects from planning through implementation. Your Responsibilities
You'll develop, maintain, and execute structured test scripts for parking systems, mobile applications, and backend platforms to ensure reliable and repeatable testing.
You'll conduct onsite and virtual testing of parking technology, validating system functionality, integrations, payment platforms, dashboards, and APIs.
You'll analyze operational and testing data, preparing reports that identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
You'll support projects from planning through closeout by monitoring timelines, budgets, KPIs, documentation, quality, and project outcomes.
You'll perform field audits and operational reviews while identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners to ensure successful project implementation and technology adoption.
You'll evaluate vendor and service provider performance using KPI frameworks and quantitative analysis to support continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, QA analysis, or technical analysis, ideally within technology or systems integration environments.
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, Planning, or a related field.
Experience creating and executing test scripts for applications, IoT devices, or field-based systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SAP is considered an asset.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Valid G driver's license with access to a vehicle for site visits, along with the ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
