Working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, product, and external agency partners, you'll play a key role in delivering impactful retail campaigns from concept through execution. Your Responsibilities
You'll execute retail trade marketing strategies in partnership with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to support business objectives.
You'll lead the end-to-end development of retail promotional campaigns, coordinating creative assets, operational planning, and in-store activation.
You'll manage marketing content and promotional activities across retail digital channels and Lotto Express platforms.
You'll collaborate with Key Account Managers to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and improve retail performance.
You'll monitor campaign execution in the field, gather retailer feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve future programs.
You'll manage agency relationships and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
You'll identify process improvements and provide recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and drive incremental revenue.
Skills and Qualifications
2 to 3 years of recent experience in consumer trade marketing or within an advertising agency supporting retail marketing initiatives.
University degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Mandatory experience working with CPG Key Account partners.
Strong understanding of retail marketing principles, consumer-focused marketing, branding, and advertising.
Experience managing agency partners across advertising, media, experiential marketing, or merchandising.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze challenges and develop practical marketing solutions.
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and web-based applications. Knowledge of the British Columbia gaming industry is considered an asset.
