Your Responsibilities
Youll lead, coach, and develop a team, building advisory capabilities in case management and return-to-work planning
In this role, youll drive a transformation roadmap focused on process optimization, automation, and improved service delivery
Youll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage complex cases and guide strategic decision-making
Youll leverage data and analytics to identify trends, improve outcomes, and inform leadership
Youll ensure compliance with provincial and federal legislation, maintaining governance and operational rigor across programs
Youll oversee vendor relationships and ensure alignment across systems and occupational claims platforms
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in leave or disability management and 2+ years in a managerial position.
Deep expertise in Canadian provincial and federal legislation related to disability, accommodations, and workers compensation
Proven experience leading operational improvement initiatives
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience working with leave or disability modules is required; exposure to occupational claims systems is an asset
Excellent communication skills with a consultative, collaborative leadership style
Experience working with Workday HRIS.
