Your Responsibilities
• You'll design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using ASP.NET Web Forms and C#.
• You'll build and customize DevExpress components to deliver responsive, user-focused solutions.
• You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• You'll optimize application performance while ensuring security, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• You'll troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform code reviews, and mentor fellow developers.
• You'll contribute to architectural planning, system integrations, cybersecurity initiatives, and ongoing transformation projects.

Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of progressive .NET development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise with ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, SQL Server, and DevExpress controls.
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, UI/UX implementation, and front-end integration.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, Git or TFS, database security, and access controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with Power Apps integration or regulated industry environments is considered an asset.
