Location: Toronto, ON, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required. French is considered an asset.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior leaders to shape both internal and external communications that influence employees, stakeholders, and the broader community. From managing key vendor relationships to coordinating high-profile corporate events, you'll play an important role in helping the organization communicate with confidence, consistency, and purpose.

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll develop and execute internal and external communications that align with organizational priorities.
  • You'll build trusted relationships with senior leaders to support strategic communications initiatives.
  • You'll manage external vendor relationships, including public relations and translation partners.
  • You'll lead communications planning and coordination for the Annual General Meeting and other key corporate events.
  • You'll research, plan, write, and deliver high-quality communications while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or a related communications role.
  • Post-secondary education in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, planning, and project management skills.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and communications workflows.
  • Experience within financial services or another regulated industry is considered a strong asset.
