Working closely with the Data Office, AI teams, and engineering partners, you will develop scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions that drive business value and advance our technology strategy. Unlike traditional Java-focused Full Stack roles, this position focuses on Python, Azure platform services, APIs, and AI-driven application development.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps tools.

  • Secure applications and APIs using Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Graph APIs, and Azure Key Vault.

  • Work with Cosmos DB, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search to build intelligent, data-driven applications.

  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate services with ReactJS applications.

  • Partner with AI teams to support AI-focused application development and enterprise AI initiatives.

  • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 or more years of relevant industry experience in Full Stack, Software, Backend, or Application Development.

  • Strong hands-on experience developing applications using Python and FastAPI.

  • Experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs and microservices.

  • Strong experience with Azure PaaS services, including Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and related Azure services.

  • Experience working with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Microsoft Graph APIs.

  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

  • Experience deploying and supporting cloud-native applications in Azure environments.

  • Working knowledge of ReactJS and modern front-end development practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.

  • Experience building AI-enabled applications or intelligent automation solutions.

  • Exposure to AI-focused development, AI modeling concepts, or collaboration with AI teams.

  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Familiarity with Azure monitoring, observability, and logging tools.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

  • Experience working within Agile development environments.

When you join our team:

  • We'll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.

  • We'll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
