As a Snr. Account Manager focused on helping our Federal Civilian customers, you'll be the strategic voice of the customer owning relationships with Canadian federal agencies and helping them modernize critical missions. Think benefits delivery, tax processing, disaster response, scientific research the work your customers do touches nearly every Canadian.

Key job responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Own the full customer relationship — from building executive trust to developing long-term cloud adoption strategies
- Understand your customers' missions deeply and translate their challenges into solutions that accelerate outcomes
- Collaborate with solution architects, partner teams, and specialty teams to deliver business value
- Drive growth while improving Government services for citizens
- Navigate procurement environments and help customers move faster than they thought possible

Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- Experience managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders
- Experience selling into Canadian public sector
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of AWS or cloud technologies
- Experience creating and implementing long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role or equivalent
- Experience selling into Canadian federal government departments or agencies
- Understanding of Government of Canada procurement processes and frameworks
- Familiarity with public sector digital transformation priorities (e.g., cloud adoption, data modernization, AI)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives (where applicable). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&D insurance), Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and other resources to improve health and well-being. CAN, ON, Ottawa - 123,600.00 - 206,300.00 CAD annually
