Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Manager, Marketing & Branding in the Real estate development industry in North York, Ontario.
Reports to Director of Marketing & Branding. Lead unique project campaigns from marketing and branding initiatives to concept and execution. This role requires strong communication and problem solving skills with prior experience in new development (high-rise and low-rise) marketing focused on campaigns, branding projects, and collaboration across creative, digital and business teams.
Total rewards:
$70000.00 - $80000.00 annually

A typical day:
Lead the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing and branding campaigns from concept to launch
Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders—including creative, digital, content, and agency partners—to deliver cohesive campaigns
Own project timelines, workflows, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth and successful execution
Monitor progress to keep projects on track, on budget, and aligned with quality standards
Facilitate campaign planning meetings and provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders
Ensure all marketing materials reflect brand standards and support overall business objectives
Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize and improve future initiatives
Streamline processes, maintain organized documentation, and support administrative tasks such as budgeting, billing, and reporting
Successful candidates will have:
3–5 years of experience within a marketing department or related environment within the real estate development sector
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, branding, or a related field
Experience collaborating with advertising agencies, creative teams, and cross-functional marketing teams
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, advertising, branding, and campaign execution
Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
Valid driver’s license and full-time access to a vehicle is required
Intermediate proficiency with AI tools and platforms used in marketing, branding, and project management workflows considered an asset
