Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an IT Communications & Training Specialist in the IT space in Mississauga, Ontario. We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Communications & Training Specialist to bridge the gap between technology and people by developing engaging training programs, clear communications, and effective learning resources that support business transformation and user adoption. A typical day: Develop and execute communication strategies supporting IT initiatives, projects, system upgrades, and organizational changes Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for enterprise applications, business systems, and internally developed software Create user guides, job aids, quick-reference materials, video tutorials, and eLearning content Conduct training needs assessments and identify learning solutions to address performance gaps Coordinate and manage training initiatives from planning through implementation and completion Collaborate with IT teams, subject matter experts, HR, and business leaders to ensure training and communications align with organizational goals Support employee onboarding by providing personalized training and coaching on business systems and processes Maintain training documentation and ensure employees remain informed about new technologies, application enhancements, and process changes Successful candidates will have: Minimum 3 years of experience in training, learning development, IT communications, or a related role Experience creating instructional materials such as software tutorials, eLearning modules, user guides, and training presentations Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Articulate, or other learning content development platform Strong project management, organization, and time management skills Ability to analyze information and transform complex processes into simple, engaging learning experiences Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and business processes Customer-focused mindset with exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills This posting is for an active opening.
