Your Responsibilities
You'll lead business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through implementation and transition.
You'll facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions to define business needs and solution requirements.
You'll develop key project artifacts including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, business cases, and solution documentation.
You'll analyze current and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-effective service delivery.
You'll support procurement activities, participate in RFP development, and contribute to change management initiatives.
You'll collaborate with project teams to support solution validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and successful project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of progressive Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise IT projects, system implementations, or digital transformation initiatives.
University or College degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
Certification in Business Analysis and/or Change Management is considered a strong asset.
Extensive experience with requirements elicitation, business process engineering, gap analysis, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, business case development, solution assessment, and risk analysis.
Strong experience producing business requirements documentation, process diagrams, functional specifications, data mapping, reporting requirements, and presentation materials.
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance activities, and testing methodologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of CASE tools, data analytics, and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards is considered an asset.
Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to lead complex deliverables independently and collaboratively.
