Your Responsibilities
You'll lead the development of customer segmentation strategies, audience creation, RFM and lifetime value analysis, basket analysis, and customer behavioural insights.
You'll partner with Marketing, Loyalty, Personalization, and Media teams to establish KPIs, measurement plans, and campaign success metrics across multiple digital channels.
You'll oversee campaign reporting, executive dashboards, quarterly business reviews, and deep-dive analyses that generate actionable business recommendations.
You'll guide experimentation through A/B testing, holdout testing, audience testing, and other test-and-learn initiatives to improve campaign performance.
You'll enhance reporting standards, measurement frameworks, anomaly detection, and analytics best practices while overseeing data sourcing, transformation, and pipeline management.
You'll coach, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Analysts while balancing recurring reporting, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc business priorities.
Skills and Qualifications
7+ years of progressive experience in customer analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with 3+ years leading and developing high-performing analytics teams.
Advanced SQL skills with experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets, along with dashboard development using Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
Strong experience analyzing CRM, loyalty, personalization, eCommerce, or digital marketing programs, including customer segmentation, RFM, lifetime value, and campaign measurement.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations through compelling storytelling.
Experience with Python, R, BigQuery, cloud data platforms, and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Marketo, Eloqua, or Unica is considered an asset.
Knowledge of experimentation methodologies including A/B testing, incrementality testing, attribution, marketing mix modeling, and statistical techniques such as regression, clustering, and segmentation is an asset.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and prioritization skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
