We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager within our Talent Solutions team to cover our Global Wealth Management and Global Insurance divisions in Canada. In this role, you will shape and deliver best‑in‑class recruitment strategies that enable our business to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and ensure all hiring activities align with regulatory standards and internal policies.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Lead with impact: Inspire and develop a team of Senior Consultants, fostering a high-performance, client-focused culture that delivers exceptional hiring outcomes.
  • Drive talent strategy: Partner with business leaders and Centres of Excellence (COEs) to design and execute forward-looking recruitment and sourcing strategies aligned to business priorities.
  • Elevate the hiring experience: Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, continuously enhancing service quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Deliver measurable results: Ensure achievement of service level agreements, scorecards, and key performance metrics across the team.
  • Solve complex challenges: Act as a trusted advisor to the business, managing escalated and nuanced hiring scenarios with confidence and sound judgment.
  • Strengthen risk and compliance: Embed a strong risk culture, ensuring all recruitment activities meet regulatory requirements and align with the Bank’s frameworks for operational, compliance, and conduct risk.
  • Build strong partnerships: Deepen relationships across the Bank, leveraging insights, systems, and networks to deliver integrated talent solutions.
  • Develop future-ready teams: Implement a people strategy that attracts, develops, and retains top talent, championing inclusion, succession planning, and continuous growth.

 

What You Bring

 

  • Proven experience leading large, complex recruitment teams in a complex & matrixed environment
  • Deep expertise in modern recruitment practices, including strategy development, sourcing, and delivery excellence
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across business lines, functions, or geographies
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate talent strategy into impactful outcomes
  • Track record of driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Post-secondary education (preferred)
  • Bilingualism in French and/or Spanish is an asset
