As an Architectural Technologist, you will contribute across all phases of the design process, from early concept through to construction. You’ll take on a high level of ownership within project teams, working both independently and collaboratively to deliver thoughtful, well-executed design solutions.
Develops creative and innovative design ideas, concepts, and solutions.
Coordinates drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
Analyzes product research and identifies material selections.
Takes an active role in crafting design presentations and prepares corresponding materials.
Implements a creative approach to complete tasks and responsibilities on projects, within the scope of schedule and budget, in an organized, timely, and consistent way.
Reviews work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance
Participates in design reviews, charettes and pin-ups.
Coordinates effectively with consultants.
Professional Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
5 to 7+ years of experience
4+ years working with Revit
Experience in Contract Administration
Experience in all phases and aspects of a project is desirable
Knowledge of project design and construction documentation production
Knowledge of construction materials
Graphic and 3D visualization skill
Work on meaningful, design-driven projects with community impact
