We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager – Security Services to oversee client accounts and ensure the smooth delivery of security operations. The Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships.

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of an Account Manager

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Oversee daily security operations across assigned sites.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage scheduling needs.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to fill vacancies quickly.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and service issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Monitor security staff performance and support performance management.
  • Manage incident reporting and escalation procedures.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare reports, KPIs, and operational updates for management.
  • Support onboarding and training of security personnel when required.

Qualifications for an Account Manager

  • Previous experience in account management, operations, or security services.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for site visits and travel between locations)
  • Vehicle allowance provided due to required field travel and site visits
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.

    Asset:
    • Experience in the security industry.
    • Experience managing field staff or operational teams.
    • Knowledge of incident reporting systems.
