The successful candidate in this role would lead the execution, governance, and evolution of our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for Canada. This individual will be accountable for driving progress against RAP commitments, and ensuring meaningful, measurable impact aligned to our Indigenous strategy.Working closely with the Indigenous Strategy Executive Sponsor and Indigenous Strategy team, this role will provide day-to-day leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement across the business. The successful candidate will bring strong program leadership, relationship-building skills, and credibility to engage senior leaders, clients, and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesRAP Leadership & Execution• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Canada's Reconciliation Action Plan, ensuring commitments are executed on time, with quality and impact• Act as the primary owner and steward of the RAP, maintaining momentum, visibility, and accountability across the organization• Translate RAP commitments into clear priorities, workplans, milestones, and success measuresGovernance, Program & Project Management• Provide strong program and project management oversight for all RAP initiatives, including tracking progress, managing risks, and escalating issues as needed• Establish and maintain appropriate governance forums, reporting, and updates for senior leadership and key stakeholders• Ensure alignment between RAP activities and broader Inclusion & Diversity, Indigenous strategy, and business prioritiesIndigenous Recruiting StrategyOwn Accenture Canada's Indigenous talent pipeline strategy, establishing community partnerships and sourcing channels that generate sustainable candidate flow across career levelsAdvise senior recruiting and business leaders on Indigenous talent market dynamics, translating insight into adjustments to hiring strategy and outreachSet the framework connecting community sourcing to recruiting execution - including prioritization, intake, and pipeline governanceStakeholder Engagement & Advisory• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, account teams, and corporate functions on Indigenous-related initiatives and opportunities• Engage stakeholders across the business to provide guidance on Indigenous engagement in RFPs and proposals, client connections and relationship-building, and partnerships, events, and community engagement• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leaders, employee networks, and external Indigenous partnersExternal Representation & Thought Leadership• Act as a visible representative and spokesperson for the RAP internally and externally, as appropriate• Support external engagements with Indigenous organizations, clients, and industry bodies in partnership with leadershipCCIB Certification Oversight• Own and oversee our Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB) certification, ensuring ongoing compliance and progress• Lead efforts to advance and maintain certification, with a specific focus on achieving and sustaining silver level• Coordinate evidence gathering, reporting, and stakeholder inputs required for certification and renewalMeasurement & Impact• Partner with internal teams to track, measure, and report on the impact of RAP activities• Support data-driven storytelling that demonstrates outcomes, business value, and progress over time
